With 28 years of professional experience, Josh Thatcher has built an incredible career working with some of the biggest names in the South African music scene. 

He’s performed in acclaimed theatre productions both locally and internationally, worked with celebrated artists such as AKA, Danny K, Kabelo, Loyiso, and Jason Hartman, and toured with icons like Lira, MiCasa, and Liquideep.  

Josh was also part of the prestigious “Idols SA Band”, where he coached and performed with contestants, helping them deliver unforgettable performances on one of the country’s biggest stages.  

Behind the scenes, his contributions have earned critical acclaim. He mixed and mastered Bongo Riot’s album “Persistence”, which won Best Reggae Album at the South African Music Awards in 2020, and has also had a few of his singles reach No. 1 on local radio playlists, cementing his status as a true musical powerhouse.
